Shipping Policy

​Local Delivery Only
We currently offer local delivery only within a 30-mile radius of Springfield, Missouri.
Orders outside this delivery area can be picked up from our Springfield, Missouri location at 1909 S. Ferguson Ave. on Mondays, from 11am to 6pm, or schedule a pickup location within a 30 mi radius of Springfield, Missouri.

Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made every Monday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Delivery Fee
A flat $10 delivery fee applies to all local delivery orders, regardless of order size or weight.

Order Processing Time
Orders are ready on Monday for either pickup or delivery.

​

• Non-subscription orders placed Monday through Thursday will be ready for delivery or pickup the following Monday from 11am to 7pm.

• Non-subscription orders placed Friday through Sunday will be ready for delivery or pickup a week from the following Monday from 11am to 7pm.

​• Subscription Orders will be ready for delivery or pickup based upon the customer's scheduled Monday delivery or pickup time.

Delivery Area

Deliveries are made from Springfield, Missouri, extending up to 30 miles in any direction. If you live beyond this radius, we are available to meet at a designated location within the 30 mile radius for the same $10 flat rate delivery charge.
