Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or has been fulfilled incorrectly, we will provide a full refund or exchange for the affected items.

Refunds apply only to the product(s) purchased.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Please notify us within 3 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue so we can process your refund or exchange promptly. -
Insects in the feed bags do not qualify for a refund or exchange. In rare circumstances, insect eggs can hatch within the grain feed bags.
Customer Order Errors or Returns
If you ordered the wrong item or wish to return a product that is not damaged, we will refund 70% of the product price once the item is returned in its original, unopened condition.
