Peterson Organic Feeds Organic No Cor No Soy Layer feed is a healthy and natural option for laying hens. It is high in calcium and lower in protein, which is essential for strong eggshells. However, it should only be fed to birds that are already laying or about to lay, as the calcium content can harm younger chickens. In our soy and corn-free option, we rework the ratios by increasing the peas, increasing the fish meal and adding in sunflower meal. This loose feed can be freely accessed by chickens throughout the day, and fresh water should always be available. No medications or antibiotics are present in this product.
